Billing questions
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like; changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What counts as a run?
A run is one tracked execution of an automation, whether it finishes, fails, or times out. Individual checkpoint pings within a run do not count separately.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You keep getting alerts; nothing silently breaks. We let you know when you are close to your monthly run cap or automation limit so you can upgrade before it matters.
Do you store my card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card at all. You only add billing details when you choose to upgrade to Pro.
Do you offer refunds?
If a paid plan isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of payment and we'll refund it. No drawn-out process.
